Optimization Success Manager: An Optimization Success Manager (OSM) on the Premier Services Team to provide strategic customer experience optimization advice as well as help to plan, build and manage two full funnel multivariate customer experience optimization campaigns per year. Working with an optimization success manager on our Premier Services team is like having an in-house optimization project manager. The OSM is 100% focused on making sure you are able to see success. In addition, your OSM will serve as your primary contact and internal advocate here at HiConversion.
Software Consultant: A Software Consultant (SC) will assist with complex campaign implementations. Access of up to 8 hours of dedicated Software Consulting per month ensures that any optimization campaigns setup are as seamless as possible.
Dedicated Account Manager: A Dedicated Account Manager (DAM) to assist via phone or email with general technical support questions related to your HiConversion Subscription. Familiar with your HiConversion account and custom implementation, the DAM will be able to resolve your technical roadblocks faster as well as provide strategic guidance to avoid any potential roadblocks on the horizon.
Account Setup – account setup audit including provisioning of custom goals and event tracking.
Support: priority access to senior technical support reps for web tickets.
Account Manager: access to a designated account manager
Technical Assistance: access to an engineer – includes custom variable coding – up to eight (8) hours per month
Optimization Strategy: access to dedicated Optimization Success Manager to get strategic help with every aspect of your campaign – up to four (4) hours per month
Turnkey Campaign: white glove services that include multivariate campaign design, technical implementation, and QA testing – equivalent to hundreds of simultaneous A-B tests – up to two (2) campaigns per year
Campaign Management: includes progress monitoring, variable adjustments, and bi-weekly 30 min progress meetings – up to two (2) campaigns per year
Campaign Analysis: a written report that includes the analysis of the campaign results – up to two (2) campaigns per year
