Kiehl’s specializes in premium hair, skin, and body care products. With more than 1,250 points of sale, it serves as an extremely popular online retail destination. Many of Kiehl’s skin care and body products are specially formulated to complement one-another as part of one health and beauty solution. Still, a significant portion of Kiehl’s best customers remained unaware of the benefits of bundling these individual products. To rectify this, the brand partnered with HiConversion to execute a personalization campaign. The result? An 11.59 per cent lift in revenue per sale.
