Services Descriptions

Summary of all professional service options.

As stated in our HiConversion’s Customer Terms of Service (https://www.hiconversion.com/customer-terms-of-service/), unless otherwise described in a Statement of Work or Order Form, Consulting Services are as described on https://www.hiconversion.com/services. You can find these descriptions below. We may periodically update this description page. There are some important general terms that relate to all of these descriptions and you can find these in the General Terms section below.

General Terms

We may choose to change the personnel assigned to your account at any time for any or no reason. Unless otherwise agreed, all Consulting Services are performed remotely. For Consulting Services performed onsite, you will reimburse us our reasonable cost for all expenses incurred in connection with the Consulting Services. Consulting Services are non-cancellable and all fees for Consulting Services are non-refundable.

IMPORTANT NOTE:
If there are a specific number of hours included in the Consulting Services purchased, those hours will expire as indicated below, which expiration period will commence upon purchase (the “Expiration Period”).

If there are deliverables included in the Consulting Services purchased, it is estimated that those deliverables will be completed within the time period indicated as the delivery period below, which delivery period will commence upon purchase (the “Delivery Period”). If the Consulting Services provided are not complete at the end of the Delivery Period due to your failure to make the necessary resources available to us or to perform your obligations, such Consulting Services will be deemed to be complete at the end of the Delivery Period. If the Consulting Services provided are not complete at the end of the Delivery Period due to our failure to make the necessary resources available to you or to perform our obligations, the Delivery Period will be extended to allow us to complete such Consulting Services.

Custom Consulting Services

Custom Consulting Services will be as described in the applicable Order Form or Statement of Work.

Delivery Period and/or Expiration Period will be as stated in the applicable Order Form or Statement of Work

Enterprise Onboarding

Enterprise Onboarding consists of assistance with the setup and/or implementation of your HiConversion subscription and with the creation of up to one (1) optimization campaign utilizing the HiConversion tools and methodology. Enterprise Onboarding is delivered remotely by an Implementation Specialist or equivalent HiConversion expert(s). You and we will agree to the amount of assistance necessary during initial kickoff.

  1. Integration Audit – ensuring the completeness of the site integration and data accuracy.
  2. Custom Configurations – provisioning of custom goals and event tracking.
  3. Kick-Off Meeting – the initial one hour meeting designed to organize the project.
  4. Product Training – up to four hours of product training with interactive Q&A session.
  5. Campaign Design – a complete design of the optimization campaign with up to 3 revisions.
  6. Implementation – technical implementation of the optimization campaign.
  7. Quality Assurance – QA testing on the wide range of browsers and devices.
  8. Progress Meetings – bi-weekly 30 min. campaign progress meeting.
  9. Debriefing – end of the campaign meeting with a final report.
  10. Support – named account manager and a white glove assistance during the initial 90 days of service.

Delivery Period: 90 days from purchase

Technical Support

Technical Support consists of:

  1. Account Setup: assistance with initial setup, including one time custom goal and event tracking provisioning.
  2. Support: priority access to senior technical support reps for web tickets.
  3. Account Manager: access to a designated account manager.
  4. Technical Assistance: access to a software engineer programmer – includes custom variable coding – up to one (1) hour per month

Delivery Period: The shorter of the period for which Designated Technical Support is purchased or one (1) year.

Technical And Campaign Support

Technical And Campaign Support consists of:

  1. Account Setup: assistance with initial setup, including one time custom goal and event tracking provisioning.
  2. Support: priority access to senior technical support reps for web tickets.
  3. Account Manager: access to a designated account manager.
  4. Technical Assistance: access to a software engineer programmer – includes custom variable coding – up to four (4) hours per month
  5. Optimization Strategy: ability to schedule discussions with dedicated Optimization Success Manager (OSM) – up to one (1) your per month
  6. Turnkey Campaign: white glove services that include design of a multivariate campaign, technical implementation, and QA testing – up to one (1) campaign per year

Scope of Turnkey Campaign:

Turnkey campaign enables full funnel multivariate optimization of the customer experience – because of its unmatched multivariate optimization capabilities one can view it as a substitute for hundreds of separate A-B tests:

  • data analysis: use of client’s or HiConversion’s CX Analytics to create data driven hypothesis
  • campaign design that includes:
    • treatment of 1 or more pages in the funnel
    • multivariate changes on each page
    • design document in power point format
  • asset creation
  • all technical work to implement campaign design elements
  • quality assurance testing
  • campaign monitoring during initial 48 hours
  • number of variables that is limited by the amount of traffic needed to produce statistically viable results during 4-6 weeks of live optimization
Delivery Period: The shorter of the period for which Technical And Campaign Support is purchased or one (1) year.

Platinum Service

Platinum Service consists of:

  1. Account Setup: assistance with initial setup, including one time custom goal and event tracking provisioning.
  2. Support: priority access to senior technical support reps for web tickets.
  3. Account Manager: access to a designated account manager.
  4. Technical Assistance: access to a software engineer programmer – includes custom variable coding – up to eight (8) hours per month
  5. Optimization Strategy: ability to schedule discussions withdedicated Optimization Success Manager (OSM) – up to four (4) hours per month
  6. Turnkey Campaign: white glove services that include design of a multivariate campaign, technical implementation, and QA testing – up to two (2) campaigns per year
  7. Campaign Management: includes the optimization campaign progress monitoring, variable management, and bi-weekly 30 min progress meetings – up to two (2) campaigns per year
  8. Campaign Analysis: a written report that includes the analysis of the campaign results- up to two (2) campaigns per year
