A Dedicated Account Manager (DAM) to assist via phone or email with general technical support questions related to your HiConversion Subscription. Familiar with your HiConversion account and custom implementation, the DAM will be able to resolve your technical roadblocks faster as well as provide strategic guidance to avoid any potential roadblocks on the horizon.
Account Setup – account setup audit including provisioning of custom goals and event tracking.
Support: priority access to senior technical support reps for web tickets.
Account Manager: access to a designated account manager
Technical Assistance: access to an engineer – includes custom variable coding – up to one (1) hour per month
